Hey Upper East Siders, Gossip Girl here. This season we're following our favorite socialites to college...well, most of them. Everyone's favorite It Girl, Serena, who we all thought was destined for Browne, seems to have had a change of heart...and withdrew her admission. Rumor has it her mother won't be too happy.
