It's here. The new school year is starting, and summer vacations and freedoms are ending too quickly. However, at least we have one thing to be thankful for; new style to kick off the year! Thanks to Polyvore, I looked to starlet Blake Lively who's Gossip Girl character Serena is also beginning a new year, as well as the lovely romantic outift below that caught my eye.
